This woodcarving is made
from basswood, and tupelo. All rocks are carved, and the
bass made from epoxies, foam and inventiveness. Painted
with acrylics. The nearest trout has its mouth
open, allowing the viewer to see teeth, the throat and
gillrakers.
The piece won a second
best in national's competition in its division.
